KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can withdraw funds from Raiinmaker. It verifies your identity and helps keep the platform safe for everyone.
To complete KYC verification:
- Open the Raiinmaker App and go to the Right Hand Menu.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Select KYC Document Verification.
- Enter your name, email address, and home address.
- Upload a government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, or Government ID Card) — you will need photos of both the front and back, as well as a selfie holding the document.
KYC is processed in two levels: Level 1 and Level 2. Both must be completed before withdrawals are enabled.
