The NVL Proxy Validator is responsible for bundling and finalizing all transactions and user actions on the Coiin Network. Here is the process:

  1. The NVL Proxy Validator collects block signatures from UAL (User Activity Layer) and EAL (Economic Activity Layer) blockchains.
  2. It then creates and signs a new block containing all of the collected signatures.
  3. The resulting blockhash is made available to all UAL, EAL, and NVL Independent Validators for future signing, allowing the verification chain to continue.

This architecture ensures that all user actions and transactions are recorded in a tamper-proof, decentralized manner. Proxy Validators earn Coiin rewards for participating in this process each cycle.
