How often do 3rd Party validators receive rewards?

3rd Party validators receive their Coiin rewards at the end of every lunar cycle — approximately every 28 days.

At the close of each cycle, the Coiin Network calculates each validator's score based on their activity during the period (transactions validated, uptime, identity factors, economic activity, etc.) and distributes a proportional share of the Coiin reward pool accordingly.
