Coiin is an internal reward token and cannot be withdrawn from the Raiinmaker Network. You can convert your Coiin to $RAIIN using the converter tool on coiin.ai.
If you are trying to withdraw $RAIIN and it is not working, check that you meet all of the following requirements:
- Your Coiin.ai account has KYC Level 1 completed.
- Your Coiin.ai account has KYC Level 2 completed.
- No changes to your account email address in the past 7 days.
- No password changes in the past 7 days.
- A verified Base ERC-20 or SEI wallet address is linked to your account.
- Your Base or SEI wallet has been claimed to your account for at least 7 days. After 7 days, the “Approved Addresses” toggle will activate on your Account page. If the wallet is later disabled, another 7-day waiting period applies.
- You have sufficient Base ETH (for Base network) or SEI (for SEI network) in your wallet to cover transaction fees.
