To withdraw cryptocurrency from Raiinmaker, you must first have a KYC-approved account. If you have not completed KYC yet, see the article How do I get my account KYC approved?
Once your account is KYC approved, follow these steps to withdraw:
- Open the app and navigate to Vault.
- Select the token you want to withdraw.
- Tap Withdraw.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Enter the destination wallet address and confirm the transaction.
Important: Make sure the destination address matches the correct blockchain network. Some cryptocurrency assets are available on multiple networks — sending to the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. Double-check the network before confirming.
