Download and Account Setup

  1. Download the Raiinmaker App for Android or iOS from your device's app store.
  2. Once downloaded, enable notifications and begin account setup. You can adjust notification preferences at any time from the Profile menu.
  3. During setup, Raiinmaker creates a unique, verified digital identity for you using a decentralized identity system. You are in complete control of your data.
    • Tap Accept Terms after reviewing the Terms of Service, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy. This creates your account with a unique Identity Name (which you can change later).
    • Wait for your decentralized identity to initialize.
  4. Set a username and recovery code as soon as possible. These are required to recover your account if you lose access to your device. Write them down and store them somewhere safe — Raiinmaker cannot recover accounts without them.
  5. If you cannot log in, try clearing the app cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, contact [email protected].
  6. When you first log in, you will see the Seed screen — a list of campaigns you can join and movements you can support.
  7. Use the menu in the top left corner to navigate:
    • Home — return to the Seed screen
    • My Campaigns — view all campaigns you have joined
    • Account — manage your profile and settings
    • Contact Support — send us a message
    • Redeem Rewards — go to the Redeem page to convert your points
    • Logout — sign out of the app
  8. Swipe right to reach the Harvest screen, where you can redeem rewards, view your collectibles, track your daily progress, and review your campaign history.
  9. On the Account page, set up your profile to maximize campaign matches and rewards, manage your identity and notifications, and complete KYC verification.

Profile Setup

  1. Navigate to the Account page to build out your profile:
    • Profile Image: Tap the pencil icon under the avatar. Grant storage permissions, select your photo, and upload it.
    • Age: Select your age range to help match you to relevant campaigns.
    • Location: Choose your country, state (if in the US), and city to improve campaign matching.
    • Interests: Select up to 10 interests to be matched to campaigns relevant to you.
    • Values: Select up to 3 values to be matched to campaigns that align with what you care about.
    • Social Following: Go to Account Settings to connect your X (formerly Twitter) profile and have your social following metrics tracked for campaign matching.
  2. In Account Settings:
    • Account Recovery Code: Set a 6-digit recovery code. You need this code along with your username to recover your account. Store it somewhere safe.
    • Username: Your username comes preset — tap the pencil icon to change it. Store your username securely.
    • KYC Document Verification: Required to withdraw funds. Provide your name, address, and a government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, or Government ID). You will need photos of both the front and back, plus a selfie holding the document.
    • Manage IDs: View and manage personal identity documents Raiinmaker holds on your behalf. To delete a specific factor, hold it until the Delete option appears.
    • Manage Networks: Link your X (formerly Twitter) account to enable post tracking and maximize your campaign rewards.
    • Manage Notifications: Enable or disable specific notification types by tapping each icon.

How to Seed Campaigns

  1. Browse available campaigns from the Seed screen and tap one to learn more.
  2. Review the campaign details, reward amount, token allocation, and end date.
  3. Tap Participate to join. Some campaigns require you to enter additional information or meet specific eligibility criteria first.
  4. Verify your eligibility by submitting any required information (e.g., name, email, address).
  5. On the Accept Campaign screen, review the details and agree to the Terms of Service, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy to confirm your participation.

How to Grow Campaigns

  1. To promote a campaign, go to My Campaigns, select an active campaign, and tap Promote.
  2. You can share using three methods:
    • Copy Link — Copy your unique affiliate link to share anywhere you like.
    • Quick Share — Share a pre-formatted promo post via your device's native share sheet.
    • Tracked Post — Post to your connected X (formerly Twitter) account for full engagement tracking and higher reward potential.
  3. You can also create original content to promote the campaign, within our User Agreement guidelines.
  4. Always include the required #ad hashtag and your affiliate link in every promotional post to be eligible for tracking and rewards.

How to Harvest Campaigns

  1. Track your campaign performance on the Harvest screen.
  2. The Harvest dashboard shows your current Influence Score and the interactions your content has generated. You can also redeem your earned rewards from here.
  3. Metrics tracked include:
    • Clicks — Number of clicks on your affiliate link
    • Views — Number of video views from your shares
    • Submissions — Number of high-value on-page actions (form submissions, purchases, etc.)
    • Likes — Number of likes on your X (formerly Twitter) Tracked Posts
    • Shares — Number of reposts on your X (formerly Twitter) Tracked Posts
